7-Eleven Hawaii created the mobile keyword “PROMOS,” driving over 3,700 sign-ups during its initial pilot program on Oahu.

Results

Coupon redemption rates skyrocketed when a reminder alert was sent five days before the offer was due to expire.

The mobile keyword campaign was expanded quickly to all 62 7-Eleven locations across Hawaii.
