Omni Dallas Hotel – housing over 650 employees and occupants within its 1,000 rooms – needed to communicate with all of their associates during a city-wide emergency in 2016.

In the 24-hour period following the shooting, Omni Dallas Hotel sent messages to clear uncertainty surrounding the situation:

Assured staff that the Dallas Police Department secured the premise, allowing them to communicate this with guests

Updated safe parking and road closures.

Notified all staff about an internal meeting to discuss the event.

Sent final reassurances.

Results

Thanks to the updates provided to 650+ employees, they and the guests in over 1,000 hotel rooms remained informed, safe and secure as the crisis unfolded.
