As a Registrant admin, you can manage your account users from this page. To access the page,
You can add multiple users to the same organization account and provide the users with multiple role access.
- Click the Add User button.
- In the Add User page, select the Registrant or Registrant Admin role from the Role * drop-down.
Note: A user that has been assigned the Registrant Admin role must also be given the Registrant role.
You can multi-select the Registrant and Registrant Admin roles. You can also add a Registrant API role if the role is added for you by Customer Support.
- Enter the new user's First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Extension (if applicable) in the provided fields.
- Enter the email address in both the Email and Confirm Email Address fields.
- Select the Country where your organization is located from the drop-down and enter the Organization Address 1, Organization Address 2, City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code if there is a need to edit the prepopulated primary account contact.
Depending on your chosen country, some of the address field's mandatory requirements are modified. For example, the USA must enter the State/Province fields, whereas, for Costa Rica, the same field is disabled.
- In the Email Subscription section, select the email message category subscriptions.
- Account updates
- Invoices and outstanding payments
- Lease updates, cancellations, and opt-outs
- New order applications
- Receipts and statements
- Reminders and auto-renew notifications
- Short code transfers
Any email sent to the new user is based on the selection made.
- Click the Save User button. A success message is displayed. You can see the new user in the list.
- Click Cancel to navigate to the User Management tab without any updates.
Resend Email InvitationResend Email Invitation
An email is sent to the user to set up their account. Until the user completes that process, the User ID field is empty and the Resend Email Invitation link is active. Since the account setup email is only valid for a limited period, the user can request the admin to resend the invitation.
Edit UserEdit User
Any fields mentioned in the Add User page can be edited from this page.
- From the list of users, click the Edit User link.
- In the Edit User page, update the information and click Update User.
- To navigate back to the User Management page without any updates, click Cancel.
Delete UserDelete User
If you wish to delete a user whose account creation has been pending for an extended period, click the Delete User link for that user below the Edit User column. A success message is displayed upon deletion.
Enable or Disable UserEnable or Disable User
A user whose account is disabled cannot access their registrant account. If the user is disabled they will not receive any system generated emails. They could contact their administrator or Customer Support to enable their account and receive any email messages generated by the Short Code Registry. This includes messages about short code expiration, renewals, order updates, and notifications. If you are the administrator, you cannot enable or disable your own User ID. You can either ask another Registrant Admin to make the change or contact customer support.
Disable User
- From the list of users, to disable an active user, uncheck the checkbox below the Enabled column for the intended user.

- In the Disable User <User Name> dialog, click OK to confirm.
- To navigate back to the previous page without confirming, click Cancel.
Enable User
- From the list of users, to enable an already disabled user, click the check box the Enabled column for the intended user. A success message displays when the user is enabled.

Note: A user with a Registrant Admin role cannot be disabled. They must be edited to remove that role and then be disabled.
