Small Businesses are defined as businesses that have an annual revenue of $250 million or below. To qualify for the program, businesses must pass an initial vetting process and annual vetting thereafter, with revenue and messaging role being verified at least once annually. Additionally, small businesses must meet all terms and conditions (Registry Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Registrant Sublicense Agreement).

For the Small Business Program discount, the leased short code must be a new code and have a minimum lease of 6 or 12 months. Codes that are already leased do not qualify for the discount. Codes originally leased in the program will be renewed at the discount rate, as long as the account continues to qualify for the Small Business Program.

Once your account is verified for the Small Business Program, the discount is automatically applied to all qualifying leases.
